Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • Denmark: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or periods of high shipping demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Any available free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking
