Interms of function, these weight straps do work.
They are pretty straightforward to use, but i would be semi-careful what weight amount on them...
I tested this out with a simple 10lbs dumbbell, and it feels sturdy...
The problem is this weight strap either expects you to have shoes on, or else the straps will be too long for the velcro to strap onto your foot.
The second issue is if you tilt your foot at all, the weight will slide side to side, which is not ideal...
I have no idea how much weight these can handle, but they seem to hold 10lbs no problem, maybe will be fine with a bit more weight even...
Seems well made enough and quality for what it is, and i can't complain much at this price point.
If you have those tiny little colored weight sets, with rubber coating... The dumbbell may not move and will probably be more secure.
I do recommend these, because, if you do use it correctly the benefits easily can outweigh the negatives.
